Explore the practice of yoga. Prasada offers classes with a holistic approach. They focus on the mind – body – breath connection to assist in creating space and calming the mind. The physical benefits of strength and flexibility are pleasant compliments to the practice, but not the main focus. Classes are appropriate for all levels of yoga practitioners. Modifications and adjustments make sure students advance at their own pace.


Mindful Movement
Yoga is about more than how the body looks or moves. Practices focus on connecting the breath, body and mind. They are accessible to all experience levels and all body types. We will flow through poses that allow you to expand your practice rather than try to get the ‘perfect’ form or twist into a crazy pretzel.
Meditation and mindfulness don’t need to have a specific look. It doesn’t have to mean sitting cross-legged for hours with a completely blank mind. In fact, many practices welcome thoughts without judgment or analysis. Mindful practices may be done nearly anywhere, at any time.
