About

I created Prasada Wellness and Healing Arts to make yoga practice and philosophy accessible at all fitness levels in hopes of bringing peace to mind, body and spirit. Throughout my own journey, I have found yoga to be one of the most effective means to calm my mind and stay grounded in the present. I’m passionate about sharing practices that contribute to a calming environment while still having fun and being a little silly. While personal practices can be customized, my practices in general tend to include slower flow with holds in each pose. I also try to work in techniques that help to reduce stress and anxiety.
