YOga Practices
Gentle Vinyasa
Vinyasa translates to “place in a special way.” This practice blends the movement between and stillness within each pose, linking the breath throughout. This intentional movement slows the body and brings awareness inward, calming the mind.
Guided Relaxation/Move into stillness
Some gentle movements to release tension from the body and bring awareness inward will be followed by a guided meditation or yoga nidra practice to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.

Mindfulness & Meditation
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra is a deep relaxation technique. Similar to a guided meditation, the body relaxes as you turn awareness inward by listening to a set of instructions. Most practices will be 30-45 minutes and follow Integrative Restoration (iRest®) guidelines.
Based on the ancient teaching of meditation, iRest is an evidence-based transformative practice that leads to psychological, physical and spiritual healing and well-being. iRest provides you with tools to help you relax deeply, release stress, increase resiliency, improve your interpersonal relationships and provide you with greater mastery and control in your life. iRest nourishes noble qualities such as joy, peacefulness, empathy, forgiveness, patience and loving kindness toward yourself and others, and supports you to manage issues such as insomnia, anxiety, fear and depression.
Ayurveda Consultations
The wisdom of Ayurveda keeps our mind and body in balance with nature. The tradition of Ayurveda rests on our ability to digests not only food but thoughts and impressions. In our hectic, fast paced lifestyle moving out of balance happens easily.
Through a consultation, we will determine your prakriti (your natural born constitution) and your vrikriti (your current imbalance). Using the Ayurveda tradition, you receive lifestyle recommendations which support your body and mind back into balance. Ayurveda is a holistic healing modality meaning the body is viewed as a whole, integrated system. Ayurveda uses foods, herbs, yoga, and many other lifestyle habits/choices as medicine.
Ayurveda can assist in supporting healing. It is should be considered a compliment to Western practices, not a replacement.
